These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beesar website, software, products, and services, including but not limited to:

• Nayarta V (Video Management System)
• Nayarta N (Network Video Recorder)
• Nayarta Visitor Management System
• Any software, cloud platform, hardware, applications, documentation, APIs, and related services provided by Beesar.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• Services means all products, software, hardware, websites, applications, cloud services, and documentation provided by Beesar.
• User means any individual or organization accessing or using the Services.
• Customer means an entity purchasing or subscribing to Beesar products or services.
• Content means all information, images, videos, documents, recordings, and data uploaded or processed through the Services.

2. Eligibility

You represent that:

• you have legal authority to enter into this agreement;
• you are authorized to use the Services on behalf of your organization where applicable;
• all information provided to Beesar is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services require an account.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining password confidentiality;
• safeguarding login credentials;
• notifying Beesar immediately of unauthorized access.

Beesar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized or unlawful activities.

• attempt unauthorized access to systems;

• misuse surveillance systems in violation of applicable privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, documentation, interfaces, graphics, source code, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Beesar or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the User.

Users may not:

• copy;
• modify;
• reverse engineer;
• redistribute;
• sublicense;
• create derivative works

unless expressly authorized in writing by Beesar.

6. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all data uploaded to or generated through the Services, including but not limited to:

• CCTV recordings;
• visitor records;
• system configurations;
• metadata;
• reports.

Beesar processes Customer Data solely for providing, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Video Surveillance Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of Nayarta products complies with all applicable privacy, employment, and surveillance regulations within their jurisdiction.

Beesar is not responsible for unlawful deployment of surveillance systems by Customers.

8. Visitor Management

Customers using Nayarta Visitor Management System are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent from visitors where required by applicable law.

Customers must ensure that collected visitor information is processed lawfully.

9. Software Updates

Beesar may provide:

• software updates;
• firmware updates;
• security patches;
• feature enhancements

to improve functionality and security.

Certain updates may require temporary service interruption.

10. Service Availability

While Beesar strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• security updates;
• infrastructure failures;
• force majeure events;
• internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party products, including cameras, access control systems, cloud providers, or notification platforms.

Beesar is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beesar disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beesar shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• loss of data;
• loss of recordings;
• consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beesar from claims arising out of:

• misuse of the Services;
• violation of these Terms;
• unlawful surveillance activities;
• infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

Beesar may suspend or terminate access if Users:

• violate these Terms;
• engage in unlawful activities;
• compromise system security;
• misuse Beesar products or services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

17. Changes to These Terms

Beesar may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on this website together with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
